Italy Milan: At least 17 people were injured after two trains crashed in northeast Italy late Sunday, media reports said.
The mishap reportedly occurred on the Bologna-Rimini rail line near Faenza.
Investigators are trying to work out the cause of the low-speed collision between a high-speed train and a regional locomotive that were travelling in the same direction, ANSA news agency reported.
Rail operator Trenitalia told the Italian news agency that the traffic on the high-speed network was back to normal after several hours of disruption caused by the crash.
