North Korea's dictator Kim Jong Un picks up 25 'pretty girls' every year for his 'pleasure squad': Report
In a shocking revelation, Yeonmi Park, a young defector from North Korea, has disclosed that the country's leader Kim Jong Un selects 25 young virgin women for his "pleasure squad".
As per a Mirror report, Park alleged that Kim Jong Un picks 25 girls every year based on their physical appearance and loyalty to the regime.
Park also shared that she was picked up twice to join this group but was ultimately not chosen because of her family background.
The defector said: ''They visit every classroom and they even go to schoolyards in case they missed someone pretty. Once they find some pretty girls, the first thing they do is check into their family status and their political status. They eliminate any girls with family members that have escaped from North Korea, or have relatives in South Korea or other countries.''
Park asserts that once the girls are chosen, they undergo medical examinations to make sure they are virgins.
She states that even minor imperfections, such as a small scar, result in disqualification. Following stringent testing, only a select few girls from various regions of North Korea are sent to Pyongyang, where their primary role is to fulfill the desires of the dictator.
The group is reportedly divided into three categories: one focused on massage training, another specializing in performing songs and dances, and a third group assigned to provide sexual services to the dictator and other men.
"They have to be sexually intimate with the dictator, and other men. They have to learn how to please these men that's their only goal,'' Park said.
According to the revelation, the most sexually appealing girls are chosen to serve only the dictator, while the rest are assigned to serve lower ranking officials and politicians.
The tenure of the members of the squad ends when they reach mid-twenties and thereafter, they are often married to the dictator’s bodyguards.
Park said the “pleasure squad” has been in existence in North Korea since the 1970s when Kim Jong-un's father Kim Jong-II dictated the country.
He believed that "having sexual intimacy would give him immortality.''
However, in 2011, he succumbed to a massive heart attack at the age of 70.
