Kate Middleton attends 'Trooping the Colour' parade, her first public appearance since cancer diagnosis
London: Princess of Wales Kate Middleton, who is currently undergoing cancer treatment, made her first public appearance on Saturday since her diagnosis in January.
The 42-year-old British Royal attended the annual Trooping the Colour parade at Buckingham Palace, dressed in a pale outfit, accompanied by her children and husband, Prince William.

The event, known as Trooping the Colour, involves troops in full dress uniform parading past the king with their regimental flag, or "colour."
King Charles, who is also receiving treatment for an undisclosed form of cancer, travelled in a carriage with Queen Camilla, a change from his horseback participation last year, as reported by the news agency AP.
Kate had announced her attendance on Friday through a social media post, sharing that she is making good progress with her preventative chemotherapy but is "not out of the woods" yet.
She expressed her gratitude for the thousands of kind messages she received from around the world following her cancer announcement in March.
In March, after a two-month absence from public life following abdominal surgery, there was widespread concern about Kate's health. Kensington Palace later disclosed that she is battling cancer and would be stepping away from her public duties.
"My treatment is ongoing and will be for a few more months ...I’m looking forward to attending The King’s Birthday Parade this weekend with my family and hope to join a few public engagements over the summer, but equally knowing I am not out of the woods yet," she wrote on Friday.
Kate Middleton is also set to meet King Charles, Queen Camilla, and other senior family members on the balcony of Buckingham Palace today, said the report.
In January, the Princess spent two weeks in the hospital following major abdominal surgery.
Two months later, she announced via a video message that tests had detected cancer and she would start preventative chemotherapy.
Kensington Palace has not provided further details about the type of cancer or her treatment, and only confirmed that the preventive chemotherapy began in February.
