Afghanistan: Explosion in Laghman province kills 6
Kabul, Aug 15 (IBNS): An explosion in Laghman province of Afghanistan left at least six children killed, media reports said on Wednesday.
According to the statement the incident occurred at about 10:30 am local time when the girls were playing with an unexploded rocket in Alingar district, Tolo News reported.
The rocket was unexploded remnants of war from insurgents, the statement said.
Four, among the six girls killed in the explosion, belonged to the same family.
