Taliban's spy chief for southeastern provinces, six others killed in Afghanistan

Kabul, Sept 15 (IBNS): A key Taliban shadow spy chief for southeastern provinces and six other terrorists were killed during an airstrike in Afghanistan's  Paktia province, media reports said on Saturday.

The deceased spy chief has been identified as Zainatullah.

"The provincial government media office in a statement said the Taliban spy chief for southeastern provinces Zainatullah, also famous as Farhad, was killed with six others in an airstrike," reported Afghanistan's Khaama Press.

The terrorists were traveling in a vehicle when they were killed in the airstrike.

"Other key Taliban group members killed during the airstrike have been identified as Gul Rahman famous as Anas, Habibullah famous as Edris, and Bohran," the Afghanistan-based news agency reported.
