Afghanistan: Taliban commander Bilal killed in explosion
Kabul, May 19 (IBNS): A Taliban commander in Afghanistan's eastern Kunar province was killed in an explosion on Saturday, media reports said on Sunday.
The 201st Silab Corps said the incident took place in Dangdam district on Saturday, reported Khaama Press.
The Taliban commander has been identified as Bilal, reports said.
Bilal was involved in roadside bombings and other terrorist related activities in Dangam district, the 201st Silab Corps said, adding that explosion also wounded another militant, reported Khaama Press.
