Afghanistan: Khost blast injures 9

Khost, May 7 (IBNS): At least nine people, including six policemen, were injured in a blast in Afghanistan's Khost province on Thursday, media reports said.

The blast took place when dozens of people gathered for a poetry session in the city centre, he added. The bomb exploded with a huge explosion near Ghazi Babrak Khan Park," Pajhwok Afghan News reported.

No group has claimed responsibility for the attack so far.
