Pakistani forces have allegedly abducted an individual after he was arrested from Pakistan's Quetta city, media reports said on Sunday.

According to sources, Naseer Dinarzai, son of Muhammad Alam, a resident of Kili Bangulzai on Quetta’s Sabzal Road, was allegedly abducted by Pakistani law-enforcement forces from his home on the evening of February 7, reported The Balochistan Post.

Family members of the victim demanded his immediate release.

It should be noted that in the last 10 days, reports of forced disappearances of eight individuals from various regions of Balochistan had been documented, the news portal reported.

The incident happened at a time when Pakistan voted to elect a new government in the financially struggling nation.
