Pakistan: Peshawar blast kills cop

Peshawar, Apr 7 (IBNS) A bomb blast in Pakistan's Peshawar city killed a police officer and injured two others on Thursday, media reports said.

The blast occurred in Badu Samar Bagh area.

"The Counter Terrorism Department conducted a search operation in the city where they arrested an alleged Afghan terrorist," Geo News reported.

The police said the arrested terrorist was involved in the  blast.
