Afghanistan: At least 37 Taliban militants killed during operations

Kabul, Aug 9 (IBNS): At least 37 Taliban militants were killed and several others injured, following operations by the Afghan military forces, reports said.

However, casualties were not limited to one side only as an Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier lost his life too, while five others suffered injuries, Khaama Press quoted government officials as saying.

Clashes took places in three districts- Nad-e-Ali, Nawa and Garmsir of Helmand province of the country.
