Pakistan: Four injured in explosion

Peshawar, July 10 (IBNS): At least four people were injured in an explosion at Bannu town in Pakistan's Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Thursday, media reports said.

"The explosion took place on Railway Road in the northwestern town and its target was a vehicle of the khasadar force. Explosive material was planted on a motorcycle near a bank which was detonated leading to the blast.," Dawn News reported.

The injured people were taken to District Headquarters Hospital.

Security personnel have cordoned off the site where the explosion took place.
