Kabul, Sept 13 (IBNS): At least six Taliban were killed during operation conducted by security forces in Batikot district of eastern Nangarhar province of Afghanistan,media reports said on Tuesday.
The deceased reportedly included Taliban Commander Zarqavi.
The operation was conducted Monday night in the 3rd Farm locality of the district by personnel of National Directorate of Security (NDS), Attaullah Khogyani, the governor's spokesman, was quoted as saying by Afghanistan's Pajhwok Afghan News.
