Poll suggest Torontonians want cyclists to be licensed and insured
As per the Campaign Research poll, 60% of 506 Toronto voters should be tested for their competency. They also believe that the cyclists might also have a license and insurance.
Though the City Council once tried to introduce the license and insurance of the cyclists, later scrapped owing to high cost of maintenance.
Toronto is the city where two wheeler vehicles are considered to be the best for travelling from one neighbour to the other.
