Canada's mobileLIVE among Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 companies

Richmond Hill/Ontario, Nov 18 (IBNS): mobileLIVE, a Canadian technology company assisting businesses accelerate their digital transformation, recently announced that it is among the fastest 50 growing companies in Canada, ranking 37th on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 program award.

The company specialises in custom Mobile, Web, Cloud, and IoT solutions development, System Integration, Robotic Process and Test Automation.

Category-wise, mobileLIVE ranked 11th among technology companies from Greater Toronto Area (GTA), 18th among technology companies from Ontario, and 23rd among software companies.

mobileLIVE has also been ranked 219th on Deloitte’s Technology Fast 500TM across North America and is one of 70 companies with headquarters in Canada.

Of the 70 companies, mobileLIVE ranked 16th among technology companies from Ontario, 22nd among software companies in Canada, and 30th among technology companies from Canada.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program winners are made up of public and private companies in the technology sector that share common traits and strengths and have transformed the industry, the organisation said.

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, the program augments the broader Deloitte North American Technology Fast 500™ initiative with winners automatically eligible for this ranking.

“New technologies have disrupted various industries in ways that were unimaginable a few years ago,” said Erica Pretorius, Partner and National Leader for the Technology Fast 50™ program at Deloitte Canada. “Fast 50 winners have led the way and I can’t wait to see where they take us next.”

To qualify for the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 ranking, companies must have been in business for at least four years, have revenues of at least $5 million, be headquartered in Canada, own proprietary technology, conduct research and development activities in Canada and invest a minimum of five percent of gross revenues in R&D.

The Deloitte Technology Fast 50 program is Canada’s popular technology awards program.

Focusing on business growth, innovation and entrepreneurship, the program features three distinct categories --Technology Fast 50 Ranking, Companies-to-Watch Awards (early-stage Canadian tech companies with the potential to be a future Deloitte Technology Fast 50 candidate) and the Leadership Awards (companies that demonstrate technological leadership and innovation within the industry.)
