Canadian billionaire found dead in home, PM Trudeau condoles
Toronto, Dec 16 (IBNS): Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condoled the death of the country's billionaire who were found dead in their home, media reports said.
Police called the incident, which took place on Friday, "suspicious".
Barry Sherman, founder of pharmaceutical company Apotex, and his wife Honey were found dead in their Toronto home.
Though the emergency crews were called, police said they were dead on spot, reports said.
Apotex issued a statement which was quoted by media: "We’ve been informed of the tragic news that Barry and Honey Sherman have unexpectedly passed away. All of us at Apotex are deeply shocked and saddened by this news and our thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time."
The investigators are trying to find out whether there was any crime or not though they said there were no signs of forced entry into the house.
Expressing condolences, Trudeau said: "Sophie and I are saddened by news of the sudden passing of Barry and Honey Sherman. Our condolences to their family & friends, and to everyone touched by their vision & spirit."

Barry Sherman founded Apotex in 1974. Apotex is the largest exporter of generic drugs in Canada.
