Canada PM Trudeau congratulates Duchess of Cambridge for giving birth to baby boy
Ottawa, Apr 23 (IBNS): Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has congratulated Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton for giving birth to a baby boy on Monday.
Trudeau tweeted, "Canada welcomes a baby boy to the Royal Family! Sophie & I send our congratulations to William and Kate, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, and to George and Charlotte on the new arrival."

The new baby is the third child of Kate.
The newborn is fifth in line to the throne.
Kate and her husband Prince William are parents to two children-Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Prince George was born in 2013 while Princess Charlotte took birth in 2015.
The child will be Queen's sixth great-grandchild.
Kensington Palace said in a tweet, "The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales, The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry and members of both families have been informed and are delighted with the news."

The baby, which weighs 8lbs 7oz, was delivered at 1101 hrs.
The pregnancy was announced in October.
