Freezing rain should come overnight, says Environment Canada
Ottawa, Dec 27 (IBNS): Environment Canada has warned that freezing rain should fall overnight across eastern Ontario and western Quebec, media reports said.
The precipitation will arrive in Ottawa-Gatineau region on Thursday evening, CBC News reported.
The precipitation will arrive in the form of snow or snow mixed with ice-pellets.
The snow will turn into freezing rain.
The weather agency said trees might fall due to the ice build up, leading to problems for people to travel.
