2 babies killed in Mongolia home fire
Ulan Bator/Xinhua/UNI: Two babies have been killed in a home fire in southwestern Mongolia, the country's National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) reported Friday.
The fire occurred Thursday afternoon in a traditional round-shaped dwelling, or ger, in Bayankhongor city, the capital city of the southwestern province of Bayankhongor, killing two sisters, aged one and four respectively, according to the NEMA.
As the two victims were left home alone when the fire broke out, the NEMA urged parents not to leave their children at home unattended.
