Afghanistan: ISIS shoulders responsibility for Kabul attack
Kabul, Nov 17 (IBNS): Terror outfit ISIS has shouldered responsibility for a recent attack in the Afghan capital on Wednesday, which accounted for at least four deaths and injured 11 others, reports said.
The group reportedly issued a statement and released the picture of the suicide bomber, local Khaama Press reported.
The bomber has been identified as Talha Al-Khurasani.
The incident took place on Wednesday in Kabul's Pul-e-Mahmood Khan area at around 8 am local time.
