Canadian arrested at Amsterdam airport over bomb threat
Amsterdam, Jan 1 (IBNS): A 51-year-old Canadian man was arrested at Amsterdam's Schiphol airport after he claimed to have a bomb, CTV News reported.
The man said he had the bomb in his luggage.
Security personnel evacuated the departure hall of the airport to ensure safety of passengers and others.
The hall was re-opened only after the man was arrested.
