Jalalabad: Heavy explosion heard outside the Indian Consulate
Jalalabad, Mar 2 (IBNS) Heavy explosion rocked the Afghan city of Jalalabad on Wednesday, reports said.
Afghan news agency Khaama Press reported that the blast took place outside the Indian Consulate around 12 pm.
Khamma Press said that Ataullah Khogyani, spokesperson for the governor of Nangarhar province, has confirmed the blast.
