New York, Oct 10 (IBNS): The NATO on Saturday condemned the twin blasts in Turkey which have left 86 people dead.

Condemning the attack, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said in a statement: "I strongly condemn the terrorist attack in the centre of Ankara that killed and injured dozens of people. There can be no justification for such a horrendous attack on people marching for peace."

"My thoughts at this difficult time are with the families of the victims, with those injured, and with the people of Turkey," he said.

At least 86 people have been killed as twin blasts rocked Turkey capital Anakra on Saturday.

The incident has left 186 others injured.

The blasts occurred close to  central train station in the city where  people gathered for a march organised by leftist groups.
