No loss of life reported yet from Indonesia volcano eruption
Jakarta, Sep 28 (IBNS): Indonesian authorities are searching for several hundred tourists after a volcano erupted at one of the country's most popular hiking destinations, according to media reports on Wednesday.
Mount Barujari on Lombok Island spewed an ash column over 6000 feet on Tuesday, which even affected operations in Lombok and Bali airports, media reported.
There have been no report of loss of life so far. About a thousand tourists have already been evacuated by rescuers.
