Ankara, Aug 21 (IBNS): At least 30 people were killed and about 94 injured as a bomb attack occurred targeting an outdoor wedding party in southeastern Turkey on Saturday, media reports said on Sunday.

The incident, believed to have been carried out by a suicide bomber, happened in Turkey's Gaziantep city.

Reports quoting Gaziantep governor Ali Yerlikaya's statement said that 30 people had been killed and 94 wounded in "an abhorrent terror bomb attack on a wedding."

"We condemn the traitors who organised and carried out this attack," Ali said.

According to reports, the attack has been possibly carried out by either Kurdish militants or Islamic State group extremists.
