Jeet's 'Bachchan' to hit Kolkata screens on Sept 26

Kolkata, Sept 23 (IBNS): The music of Tollywood (Bengali film industry) actor Jeet's upcoming film 'Bachchan' was released in Kolkata recently.

The film will hit the silver screen on Sept 26.

The film also features southern actress Aindritra Ray to Tollywood as the lead opposite to Jeet.

'Bachchan' is the official remake of 2011 Kannada film ‘Vishnuvardhana’ starring Sudeep, Bhavana, Priya Mani and Sonu Sood.

Speaking at the event, Tollywood superstar Jeet said, “We thought of giving the audience a dose of fun-packed movie during this Durga Puja. People everywhere seems to be too sad and unhappy. So, this movie presents a thriller comedy for all the ages to laugh and be happy.”

The actor also said that the poster of the movie is designed with happy colours to suit the happy mood of the film.

“It is a prestigious moment for me being associated with this film. Being a huge fan of Bollywood actor Amitabh Bachchan, I feel proud for this film,”the actor said.

The audience will also see Tollywood actress Subhashree Ganguly who shook her legs in the item song ‘Latai’.
