Nine found dead in a dilapidated well in Telangana

Warangal/UNI: Nine persons, including two women and a three-year-old boy were found dead in a dilapidated well at Gorrekunta village in this district.

Of them, four were found on Thursday and remaining on Friday.

According to police, among the deceased, eight were working in a gunny bags manufacturing unit. They were also found without any injury.

Police are suspecting that they have committed suicide.

The deceased, including two from Bihar, were identified as Shabadh (22), Sohail (20) , Shyam (22), Sriram and Shakhil. Those 4 found dead yesterday were identified as Maksud (50) his wife Nisha (45), daughter Busru (20) and a three-year-old son.

The bodies were shifted to MGM Hospital, Warangal for post-mortem.

A case has been registered and an investigation is underway, police added.
