Mumbai/IBNS: After the streaming of two episodes, filmmaker Karan Johar has unveiled a new promo of his chat show 'Koffee With Karan' giving a glimpse of the stars who would adorn the couch in the coming weeks.

In the promo, Bollywood stars Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan will be a pair on one episode while young B-Town actresses Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday will adorn the couch.

Among others who would be part of this season are Rani Mukerji, Kajol, Ajay Devgn-Rohit Shetty.

The promo also highlights a fun banter between the host and the guests.

When Kareena says, "I am a director's actor", Karan replies, "You are nobody's actor."

While Kajol tells Karan "Humble is not your middle name", Rani says, "I wanna expose you (KJo)."

When Karan asks Sara to tell one thing she doesn't have but Ananya has, the former says, "A Night Manager".

Needless to say, Sara referred to Ananya's rumoured relationship with actor Aditya Roy Kapur, who played the night manager in web series 'The Night Manager'.

The first episode of 'Koffee With Karan' stirred a row after guests and Bollywood superstar couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh talked about their courtship.

Deepika revealed she was in an open relationship with Ranveer until the latter proposed to her in 2015.

Deepika told Karan, "I had come out of a couple of difficult relationships. I was going through this phase where I just wanted not to be attached or committed... He (Ranveer Singh) comes along. I didn't commit till he proposed to me. There was no real commitment as such. Even if we were technically allowed to see other people, we would keep coming back to each other.

"So I did meet other people but I wasn't interested or excited by anyone else that I was seeing and in my mind, I was committed to him. So I would meet other people but in the back of my head, 'I am going back to him'."

Following the revelation, Deepika, who was in a relationship with Ranbir Kapoor in the past, was trolled and judged by a section of netizens for seeing multiple people along with Ranveer.

However, the leading Bollywood lady received ample support from the other half of social media.

Actor brothers Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol were the guests in the second episode.

A new episode premieres every Thursday on Disney Plus Hotstar.
