Miss you everyday mom: Sanjay Dutt posts on Nargis Dutt's death anniversary

Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt penned down a heart-melting message for her mother Nargis on her death anniversary.

Expressing his thoughts for his mother and telling how much he misses her, the actor captioned the image as: " It’s been 39 years since you left us but I know you’re always by my side."

" I wish you were here with me, today & everyday. Love you and miss you everyday Mom," he said. 

Sanjay Dutt also posted an image with her mother on Instagram.

After battling cancer, Nargis died in 1981.

Nargis is best known for her performance in Academy Award-nominated Mother India.

In her movie career, Nargis, who married Sunil Dutt, worked in films like Raat Aur Din, for which she won the National Film Award for Best Actress, Awaara, Chori Chori, among others.

Sanjay Dutt will soon be seen in Sadak 2.

It is a sequel to the hit 1991 film Sadak.
