Sidharth feels nostalgic about his summer holidays

Mumbai, Mar 7 (IBNS): Actor Sidharth Malhotra likes this time of the year.
With summer vacations coming up Sidharth gets reminiscent of his school days. His father was in the merchant navy and used to travel extensively through most of the year.
 
Sidharth used to join him wherever he used to be travelling during summer .
 
In fact, Sidharth used to tie in the nitty gritty of travel much in advance. Once his dad used to share where he would tentatively be during that span of time Sidharth used to start planning his travel.
 
He used to look up books and make an itinerary where they should visit when the dock.
 
While a sail with his family used to be thoroughly enjoy the experience. He explored places and saw things which were not available in India. He traveled to Europe and China and various other places.
 
He looks back and misses how in China he used to get coke cans which he used to buy in crates and get back.
 
He is now keen to take a family vacation soon. He has been living in Mumbai all by himself and in between grueling schedules he has missed up on family time. He has asked his mom to plan a trip and will take a trip maybe sometime this year
 
Sidharth shares, “I used to look forward to travelling with my dad during summer break. It used to be a long family holiday wherever he was. I am now in Mumbai, maybe I will ask them to plan a family vacation soon.”
