Hong Kong stocks close 0.53 pc higher

Hong Kong, Sep 30 (Xinhua/UNI) Hong Kong stocks closed up 137.46 points, or 0.53 pe rcent, to 26,092.27 points on Monday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index traded between 25,786.29 and 26,161.7.

Turnover totaled 73.30 billion Hong Kong dollars (about 9.35 billion US dollars).
