Mumbai/UNI: The Rupee on Thursday eased by six paise at 77.58 in the opening session against the US Dollar on rising demand for US Dollar by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit declined on strong Dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding opening in the equity market, a dealer informed.
The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 77.55 and 77.60 respectively against the US Dollar, he added.
