L&T Infotech appoints Chad Alderson as Canada subsidiary chief executive
Effective March 2015, Alderson will be responsible for the growth of the Canadian business within L&T Infotech’s overall services and product solutions offerings.
With more than 25 years of experience in IT and financial services industry, Alderson brings with him a wealth of management and leadership expertise. Prior to LTI FSTI, Mr. Alderson was the SVP and Business Group Head at Tech Mahindra based in North America. He also worked as the Executive Vice President for multiple competency groups such as the CIO and CTO at Dave + Henderson, a Northern American Financial Services Technology and Program Management company.
LTI FSTI is a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T Infotech, is a global leader in transfer agency, fund administration, and asset management software in the Canadian investment fund sector. The software products and solutions are considered to be leaders in the transfer agency, asset management, and fund administration processing industries.
Speaking on the appointment V. K. Magapu, Managing Director, L&T Infotech, said ‘Chad joins L&T Infotech at a critical point of the company’s next growth phase and his extensive management experience and deep understanding of these markets will prove to be an invaluable asset.’
Alderson is currently serving on the Board of Directors of Bike4Tykes and has previously served on the Board of Directors at Dell and TheBankCloud.
Chad Alderson is a MBA in Technology Management from Almeda University and is currently pursuing his Certified Corporate Director (C. Dir) designation from the Degroote School of Business, McMaster University.
