Wipro launches solution with Informatica for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Modernization

The partnership brings together Informatica’s data migration capabilities and Wipro's expertise in redesigning existing business processes, streamlining the IT ecosystem and deploying CRM applications in the cloud. This solution enables enterprises to reduce their operational costs and go-to-market time, while ensuring data quality.

Wipro's data migration solution framework, built with Informatica Cloud and enabled by a patented data migration reference architecture, allows enterprises to seamlessly transition from legacy systems to cloud CRM systems.

The framework comes with a set of pre-built tools, templates and methodologies that assists the transformation process and enhances the overall application capabilities. This solution aims to address the customers’ complete information lifecycle needs, such as master data management, data quality, data governance, data archiving and test data management (TDM).
