Simplilearn appoints Gerald Jaideep as its Chief Operating Officer
Jaideep was previously associated with the company as a consultant since September, 2013.
His immense contribution towards shaping the company’s strategic vision has led to his appointment as COO.

A startup specialist, Jaideep has worked for most of his 21-year career in the startup sector. He started his career with an entrepreneurial venture and founded his own company called as Quadrant Creations.
Apart from being a startup evangelist, Jaideep has also worked with established companies like Logica PLC (a CGI Company) in India & UK as a project lead, mobile application services provider Ducont.com in the Middle East as a principal consultant and as an innovation strategist with Erehwon Innovation Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
He was also associated with NIIT, one of the leading learning enablement company as a Delivery manager of the technology vertical.
Prior to starting his wellness based venture Colorshots.com, Jaideep was heading the India operations for Elementk/Skillsoft, one of the largest learning companies globally.
Early in September, Simplilearn had hired Prashant Radhakrishnan as Chief Sales Officer which is followed by Jaideep’s hire.
