The participants at the NCYM-East deliberated on the theme “Transformational role of Young Managers in a new-age economy: Towards building Sustainable Organisation”, and were judged on the basis of their leadership skills, knowledge, experience, professional prowess and creativity. Qualities which would help them in preparing to become “Leaders of Tomorrow”.

Subir Sen, Dean, Globsyn Business School said, "The AIMA-NCYM event hosted by GBS provided young budding managers to hone their analytical skills, creative thinking, problem solving, team working and leadership skills in a competitive setting. This is in line with GBS philosophy of life-long learning envisioning through research, technology and innovation.  Our students had the benefit of attending presentations made by the competing teams. It was a great learning experience for them to watch the problem-solving process develop in action in a live setting, and the diversity of thinking that produces business results."
