Kolkata, May 13 (IBNS) : XLRI - Xavier School of Management has been awarded the coveted international accreditation with the Association of MBAs (AMBA).

The Association of MBAs (AMBA) is the international impartial authority on postgraduate business education, established in 1967 with the aim to raise the profile of business education and the MBA qualification in UK and Europe. AMBA’s accreditation service is the global standard for all MBA, DBA and MBM programmes and it is the only professional membership association connecting MBA students and graduates, accredited business schools and MBA employers in more than 110 countries.

E. Abraham S.J. Our institution has spared no effort to make our curriculum world-class and deliver it in the most effective manner. This achievement is the result of continuous hard work and support by our faculty, employees, students and alumni and we will strive to raise the bar across all our management education-centric initiatives.”

“This accreditation will further enhance the credibility of the management programmes offered by XLRI to prospective Indian and foreign students ensuring them the finest business education available, which will impact their careers.  It will also help recruiters looking to acquire the top talent and future business leaders know that our graduates have received the highest quality and the most relevant management education.  The membership of AMBA would further open doors and opportunities for our students through careers support, job portals, networking opportunities, access to the latest research and training,” Abraham further added.
