Explosive goes off at Punjab Police intel headquarters, terror angle ruled out: Reports
Mohali/IBNS: Explosive kept at the Punjab Police's intelligence headquarters in Mohali went off, which triggered a blast on Monday evening, media reports said.
The blast has not been categorised as a terrorist attack, the reports said.
There have been no casualties so far.
Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann is in touch with top police officials.
