Fire in Bangalore restaurant kills 5
Bangalore, Jan 8 (IBNS): At least five people were killed as a fire ripped through a restaurant in Bangalore city on Monday, media reports said.
The fire has been brought under control.
The incident occurred in Kalasipalyam area of the city.
The deceased were reportedly employees of the restaurant.
The exact cause of the fire is still not known.
The fire department said fire broke out at around 2:30 am and fire tenders rushed to the spot to douse the flame.
