Opposition parties speak like mentor of terrorist outfits: PM Modi
Itanagar, Mar 30 (UNI): Lashing out at the Opposition for their stand on issues of national importance, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said on matters where nation feels proud these parties get rattled and their leaders speak like mentor of terrorist organisations.
“You have seen during surgical strike...when our scientists make world wonder...these people make mockery of their achievements. When nation feels proud they get rattled and just stop short of crying. 'Yeh wohi bhasha bolte hain jo atankwadio ke aka bolte hain’ (they speak the same language which the mentor of terrorists speak), ” Modi said while addressing a mammoth rally at Aalo in West Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh.
“Today in India they are not recognised but in Pakistan they are being treated as heroes. In Pakistan newspapers their photos are being carried, ” Modi said urging the people of Arunachal Pradesh to teach such people lesson who disrespect national pride.
He questioned, ”Will you teach these people lesson who are much bothered about a neighbouring country than your state. ”
Singling out the Congress party, Modi said, “ Congress and corruption are intrinsically linked for the past 55 years and the party only cares for its 'naamdars’, they have looted farmers' land, defence property, ration of poor people, ” Modi said adding, ' In my five-year team I have come 30 times to the North East as compared to people who think that they decide the fate of India. How many times they have come to the region. '
