Part of old house crashes in Kolkata, teenager injured

Kolkata, Jan 5 (IBNS): A portion of an old residential building in north Kolkata's Keshab Chandra Sen Street area crashed on Tuesday morning which left one teenager boy injured, reports said.

According to police reports, an old residential building, which is under construction and located at 113 Keshab Chandra Sen Street under Amherst Street Police Station area in north Kolkata, suddenly fell down around 8:30 am. on Monday.

One passer by- Rahul Das (14)- was injured in the accident and rushed to Calcutta Medical College and Hospital.

However, police have started investigation into the matter and owner of the building has been detained.
