The Prime Minister's Office (PMO) said in a statement: "The Chief Minister of Telangana, Shri K. Chandrashekar Rao, called on the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, today at 7, Race Course Road with a delegation of 11 MPs. It was a courtesy call."
Speaking on the meeting between Modi and West Bengal Governor M.K. Narayanan, the PMO said: "The Governor of West Bengal, Shri M.K. Narayanan, called on the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, at 7, Race Course Road today. It was a courtesy call."
"The Governor of Arunachal Pradesh, Lt. Gen. (Retd.) Nirbhay Sharma, called on the Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi, at 7, Race Course Road today. It was a courtesy call," it said.
