Data for this extremely fast growing sector designed to promote the interests and image of clients shows that worldwide public relations revenue is projected to grow from 14 billion U.S. dollars generated in 2016 to approximately 19.3 billion by 2020. In the United States, PR agencies generated a revenue of 13.5 billion U.S. dollars in 2016, experiencing 17 per cent growth compared to previous years.
