New Delhi, Mar 3 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday said he disapproves the remark by new Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed that a smooth poll in the northern state was possible because Pakistan and militants did not disrupt it and said that his government follows "zero tolerance" on matters of terrorism.
