Add Pappu prefix, we will not object to it: Anil Vij

New Delhi/Chandigarh, Mar 19 (IBNS): BJP minister in Haryana Anil Vij on Tuesday suggested Congress workers to add 'Pappu' prefix to their Twitter name.

He made the comment at a time when BJP workers were adding 'Chowkidar' prefix to their Twitter name as part of the BJP campaign launched by PM Narendra Modi.

Mocking Rahul Gandhi, Vij told Congress workers: "We have added #Chowkidar to our names and you have a problem with that. You should also prefix #Pappu to your names and we are not going to object to it."

BJP often targets Gandhi by calling him 'Pappu'.

#MainBhiChowkidar has been trending on Twitter since the hashtag was initiated on the social media by the BJP.
