Francois Hollande to be chief guest at India's Republic Day celebration in 2016
New Delhi, Dec 16 (IBNS): French President Francois Hollande has accepted India's invitation to be the chief guest at the Asian nation’s Republic Day celebration next year.
MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted: "An honoured guest for our 67th Republic Day!"
India will celebrate the 67th Republic Day on Jan 26.
US President Barack Obama was the Chief Guest for the event this year.
