Jaideep Sarkar appointed as next Ambassador of India to Bhutan

New Delhi, Dec 21 (IBNS): Jaideep Sarkar has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to Bhutan, officials said on Monday.

"Shri Jaideep Sarkar (lFS: 19871, presently Ambassador of lndia to lsrael, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of lndia to the Royal Government of Bhutan," the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said in a statement.

He is expected to take up his assignment shortly, read the statement.
