Mehbooba Mufti calls Omar Abdullah

Srinagar, Apr 2 (IBNS) Jammu and Kashmir People Democratic Party President and J&K's CM designate Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti on Saturday invite National Conference President and former Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to attend swearing-in ceremony scheduled on Apr 4.

“Very gracious of Mehbooba Mufti Sahiba to phone & invite me to her oath taking ceremony. I look forward to being there on the 4th,” Omar
tweeted.

According to sources, BJP will send two top Union Ministers Venkaiah Naidu Parliamentary Affairs Urban Development and Jitendra Singh
Minister of State (MoS) to attend the swearing-in ceremony of PDP leader Mehbooba Mufti as Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister on Monday.

Mehbooba is scheduled to be sworn in on Apr 4 in a low-key affair in Jammu.
