Modi, Abe launch bullet train project in Ahmedabad

Ahmedabad, Sep 14 (IBNS): Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Japenese counterpart Shinzo Abe launched the bullet train project here on Thursday.

Abe, who is on a two-day visit to the country, is presently in Gujarat.

The bullet train is one of the dream projects of the Indian Prime Minister.

It wiill run from Ahmedabad to Mumbai.

Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani, Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis, railway minister Piyush Goyal are present at the launching event.
