New Delhi: Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Pralhad Joshi on Saturday said the Monsoon session of the Parliament will begin on July 20 and continue till August 11.

He also urged all the parties to contribute towards productive discussions during the session.

In a tweet, the Minister wrote, "Monsoon Session, 2023 of Parliament will commence from 20th July and continue till 11th August."

"Urge all parties to contribute towards productive discussions on Legislative Business and other items during the Monsoon Session," Joshi said.

In the last Budget session, both the Houses had witnessed logjam following Opposition's uproar against the government over various issues including disqualification of Rahul Gandhi from Lok Sabha as a member.
