Narendra Modi wishes Indian players participating in Asian Games
New Delhi, Aug 18 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday wished Indian athletes who are participating in Asian Games and hoped that they will perform their best during the mega sporting event.
"Best wishes to the Indian contingent for the @asiangames2018, which are being held in Indonesia. We are extremely proud of our athletes and I am sure they will give their best through the games. #AsianGames2018," Moidi tweeted.
Indonesia will host the event this year.
The current edition of the event will be held from Aug 18 to Sept 2 in the Indonesian cities of Jakarta and Palembang.
